This is a review of a great little product I was fortunate in ealier in the summer to have received... the
Safety Tat. We were doing a lot of travelling ant I thought it would be perfect when we were stopped or out and about. As a parent, I cringe at the thought of my l'il ones being lost...even if it wandering away from my side for one split second scares the crap out of me. To have to opportunity to review such a unique product I jumped at the chance. So with my youngest sister and her fiance visiting us this summer, his first trip, we decided to hit a few places and while we were there I thought it was the perfect time to try out the
SafetyTat. So I opened up the preprinted versions and followed the directions. The directions are similar to those tattoos you got as a child in Cracker Jacks (mmmmmm....sorry, just thinking about the caramel-ly coated popcorn & realizing I haven't seen it in stores in a long time). Okay...back to the review. The Princess thought it was great to have her tattoo on, she would pat it and talk about what it said to each of u over and over that day. She proudly walked around trying to show others what she had on. When I asked her what it was for...she told me that it was to keep her safe so someone would know who to call when she was lost. I asked her if I would need to use it that day and she replied..."no, I'm here". When the day was over, the clean up was very easy, but not for Princess who wanted to wear the
tattoo all night. This is a great product to have in your first aid kit, and ready for any time you "feel" or "sense" it is necessary to put on your child.
Here is a little about SafetyTats...
SafetyTat was created by a mom who initially wrote on her children during outings. When asked by parents about what she had written on her kids...it lead to the birth of SafetyTat.
Where to use them...
SafetyTat safety tattoos are great to use as child id for: Theme Parks, Amusement Parks, Shopping Malls, Airports, Fairs, Festivals, Traveling, Museums, Zoos, Stadiums, Playgrounds, Site Seeing, Field Trips, Drop-off Birthday Parties and Play Dates, First Day of School, Scout Trips, Medical, Health and Allergy Alerts...any place where there are crowds!!! SafetyTat is also helping with allergy, Diabetes and Autism awareness with with SafetyTat Alert tattoos. They have the temporary tattoo, 2-line information, as well as a "quick stick" version, non-customized that includes a marker for filling the information. One cute thing I found on their webpage was the Tat Kisses, temporary tattoos that are like lunchbox notes that express you love for you kiddies that they can wear.
